1. Director of Diplomatic Affairs (Volunteer Expert)

Missions: Liaison with international institutions (UN, AU), preparation of Platinum accreditations, and management of the Presidency's protocol.

Profile: Expert in international relations, high-level diplomacy, bilingual French/English.

2. Consulting Engineer in Disruptive Energies (Volunteer Expert)

Missions: Expertise on the integration of the Neutrinovoltaic, drafting of technical notes on the hybrid energy mix (Solar/Wind/Neutrino).

Profile: Energy engineer, visionary, ability to structure autonomy solutions 24/7.

3. Green Finance & Tokenization Analyst (Volunteer Expert)

Missions: Structuring of investment vehicles (SPVs), tokenization of real estate assets and monitoring of ESG/ISO 37001 criteria.

Profile: Financier by training, expertise in blockchain and sustainable finance.

4. Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance (Volunteer Expert)

Missions: Securing international contracts (SPA, MoU), compliance with WAMU/OHADA standards and insurance risk management.

Profile: International business lawyer, expert in compliance and contract management.

5. Strategic Communication Officer (Volunteer Expert)

Missions: Coordination of multilingual communication (5 languages), management of international press relations and influence strategy.

Profile: PR specialist, excellent writer, mastery of global media issues.
