​PARIS, April 24, 2026 – It is with great pride that we announce the official appointment of H.E. Ousmane Diakite as Vice-President of the "Groupe Centre France" within the NGO for the Promotion of Cultural Exchanges between France and China.

​This appointment, formally issued by Mr. Bernard SOK, President of the organization, recognizes a distinguished career dedicated to international dialogue and the strengthening of diplomatic and cultural ties.
